I am urgently looking for a good self contain apartment somewhere.

Location: Mushin and environs (Isolo, Lawanson, Oke Afa, etc)

Total budget: 160k

Your budget is way too low a room self contain in Isolo axis starts from 150-250k per year and this is rent alone excluding agreement and commission.

You see Sam, I heard agreement and commission could cost up to 100k and am not willing to pay that.

The intention is to reduce or completely eliminate Agreement and commission fee

There's no way you will easily get an apartment just like that without paying agreement and commission, even if you meet a direct owner of a property you will still be subjected to paying for both. Yes agreement and commission cost 100k
