that 100k can't even give you a self contain in mpape....

and flats are mainly #600k and in some cases you get as low as #400K and in gwarimpa a BQ is even given out for #800k

please do your research well

1. you did not state the type of flat, 1, 2, 3 bedroom
2. cheapest as in flat or self contain
3. what do you mean by bq, it can be flat, self contain

In Aba my hometown, for 2-Bedroom Flat, d most expensive is #300,000 while d cheapest is #120,000. I pay for dem from Norway here.

Cost of rent in Abuja is too much! I once saw a self contained apartment for 600k, the matter just weak me.

Half of that amount go give you 3 bedroom flat for Ibadan, and you go collect change sef

Now I know Gwagwalada, Giri, Zuba are not part of Abuja
