APC said that ATIKU is not a Nigerian, now INEC has come with its own narrative that ATIKU's lawyer doesn't have license to practice in Nigeria.

It is now very obvious that INEC and APC rigged the election, and now they have no single defence over Atiku's petition against them.

They should just declare Atiku who was the rightful winner of the election as the president.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says the petition filed by Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), were not signed by a legal practitioner licensed to practise in Nigeria.

Atiku had filed a petition before the presidential election tribunal to challenge the reelection of President Muhammadu Buhari.

Atiku’s legal team is led by Livy Uzoukwu with 31 other lawyers.

In its response as the first respondent in the case, INEC said the petition was not signed by a legal practitioner enrolled in the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

The electoral body said the results Atiku claimed to have polled were “invented” solely for the petition, adding that it never transmitted results electronically.

“That the Petitioner’s Petition, List of Witnesses and List of Documents as filed are incompetent and ought to be struck out as same were not signed by a legal practitioner enrolled in the Supreme Court of Nigeria and licensed to practise in Nigeria,” read INEC’s response to Atiku’s petition.

Speaking with reporters in March, Uzoukwu had said the legal team of the PDP presidential candidate had sufficient fact to back its case.

The electoral umpire, however, prayed that the petition be struck out for lack of competence.

Our laws have created these loopholes APC and Inec are exploiting. We need to amend our constitution to forestall such

Inec has already defended atiku's false claims by saying they didn't transmit election results through electronic gadgets and that Atiku claim was fraudulent because it against the constitution to transmit election results through electronic gadgets.

Please correct me if I am wrong, what is INEC's business with Atiku's lawyer undecided

Are they now Buhari's lawyer

How such a body can even organise a credible election is beyond me.

Against the electoral act. Even if they have server in this jet age, it doesnt still hold water if you obtain the supposed results through an illegal means. In any court of competent jurisdiction, cases like that are usually thrown out and you are here defending illegallity. To rig election is one thing to present a proof beyond reasonable doubt is another. Please upgrade!
First and foremost with this there is an admission that INEC has a server! I mean it's unthinkable while trying to cover the truth for them to deny such! It's a public and international embarrassment!!!

Secondly if you have been following this issue, you would have read about how it was obtained through a whistle blower.

If he's really licensed to practice in Nigeria he must have knew that election results was not electronically transmitted.

So INEC that conducted the election has no business, why then is INEC joined in the suit?

INEC'S business is in the area of election! For instance how the figure from their server differs from that of the public announcement!

Against the Nigeria constitution of course to transmit election results electronically, there server is just to take record of voters data not election results.
