can I get a two bedroom for 500-600k? in either of Shangisha, Ojota, Maryland, Gbagada, Magodo and Ikeja

I may need one from June. As a very private person, I need it in an estate where non-residents are not allowed in without clearance. I'm willing to pay estate fees separately if required.

No, you can't get in a good, posh, popular estate in those areas mentioned.

Yes, you can get in ikosi, alapere not too popular estates for same budget if lucky.

BTW, I don't need it to be popular. Just an upper middle class area and closed to non-residents. I don't want people coming uninvited. How much should be my budget?

What about Ojodu? I know River Valley makes sense but it's technically in Ogun state and I need a Lagos address.

Also, I really don't need a 2 bedroom but the pictures of miniflats I see in Nigeria are something else. They are built like a cubicle and I so much value living space, especially when I have to put the fridge and washing machines in the kitchen and also need to use a dining table. Do you think I can get a spacious one bedroom flat that is not a BQ on short notice?

Anything is possible.
For spacious 1 or 2 bedrooms in any of the estates in those mentioned preferred areas you need a rental budget of #700k per year.
80 - 90+% of 1 bedroom flats are BQ.

It takes a lot of luck, patience to get a 2 bedrooms apartment in Omole phase 2 with total budget of #900k when there are 2bedrooms flats there for 900k, #1m+ annual rent excluding other fees.
