please put on your thinking cap, read the constitution and stop this rubbish. Nigeria was created in 1914 through amalgamation. the area called Jada was under Cameroon then. it only became part of Nigeria through plebiscite in 1961.
in the case of Biafra, Nigeria has never and will never accepted any part of it to be called Biafra. so in Nigeria, it never existed.

Nigeria did not start to exist in 1960. There has been a Nigeria since 1914 when amalgation of Southern and Northern Protectorates took place.

Agreed. Meaning we began to self rule in 1960 but Nigeria officially came into existence in 1914. Do you think those that coined the constitution and specifically said only those born in indigenous Nigerian territory before independence are Nigerians by birth are stupid? if there was no Nigeria before independence (1960), which people were they referring to in that part of constitution I quoted just now?

so all biafra both within and outside the shore of Nigeria that were born before 1960 or after 1960 can contest for Nigeria president.

Actually in our culture this how you know a bastard. When you make reference to legality of their parternity they become defensive, abusive and aggressive.
