*processed transfer form(get acknowledged copy from cscs)
*valid I'd
*cscs statement of account

Pls someone help me on how to go about this BC this one tire me

For E-Dividend you don't need all this wahala.

My Approached:_

Process my e-dividend through the bank.

After 3 days, i contact the registrar(email/phone ) asking if they have received the mandate vis NIBSS platform.

All registrar must upload your e-divided information on the NIBSS platform for your bank conformation.

So go through your bank, tell them (bank) to upload your e-div on the NIBSS platform for you.

Then call the registrar to confirm.

Yes you can go to veritas, but make sure any e-div form they give you, take it to your bank immediately for confirmation and take to the registrar(veritas) immediately if they insist.

I remember that period UCAP was a money doubler. And I think it happened concurrently with the reign of the popular ponzi scheme then. I was just observing my mentors enjoying the money rituals provided by UCAP that year. Many stocks have the potential of making one rich; but identifying such opportunities is not easy.

Between speculation and analysis
You are absolutely right sir. That's why diversification is key, in a market like ours. Concentration strategy only fits well in a sane/well developed market. That's why am never an advocate of holding only 2-3 stocks in a market like ours. A well diversified portfolio of 10 - 15 good stocks picked at bargain prices usually does the trick for me. Who knows, while others make an above average gain, 2 or 3 may end up being a multi bagger.

None.....but registrar faster if you can go thru the one or two days stress.....in my own opinion.
You actually told me this sometimes ago.
Just get the documents requested and get done with it.

Guess they requested for these cos you have name or signature issue, if not that wouldn't be necessary.
All you need to do is to download the form, fill it, take it to bank for verification/stamping and, take it to the registrar for submission OR you tell your bank to submit on ur behalf. Think its easy enough like that.

The transfer form is for signature confirmation as well. Maybe some don't request for it but some do request.

Yes, but from my experience doing the e-div through bank is faster, because they upload to NIBSS platform immediately.

Some lazy registrar won't upload your e-div without follow up.

Yes, my oga. Diversification is much needed in this kind of market as you said. Though, I'm still at the stage of imagining how stressful it would be, managing a portfolio of 10 stocks. I really hope to join your club before the end of this year sir. One also needs to be quite large before diversifying; the effect of those 2-3 money-doubling stocks can be felt better.

A MESSAGE FOR INVESTORS FROM R. KIYOSAKI

A few years back my wife, Kim, and I took high-performance driving lessons. We were learning to drive at speeds near 200 mph. It was exciting, but it was terrifying.

Every time I would round a corner I would take my foot off the gas and slow down. My instructor would tell me to speed up and push it, but all I could hear was my fear and the only thing I could see was the wall that would kill me if I crashed into it.

Finally, my instructor called me out.

He screamed, “STOP LOOKING AT THE WALL AND FOCUS ON WHERE YOU ARE GOING!!!”

I was still scared, but he was right…not just in racing cars, but in all areas of life. Stop focusing on the obstacles and start focusing on where you are going.

There are opportunities all around us. You already know this. You see people take advantage of them and often think about how that could have been you.

But it’s not you.

It’s so much easier to see all the hardships and difficulties that come with trying. I’m not making excuses for you, but I understand. It’s easier to see the trees in the forest, than it is to see the path through the trees.

Everyone has hardships, everyone has difficulties.

For some it’s their debt. From some it’s their spouse. For others, it’s time…or money…or fear… or a belief system. The obstacles for success feel infinite
