the way he said it was like global versions of redmi note 6 pro support band 28. I'm not claiming to know all but one thing I know for certain is that the statement "Global versions have but Chinese versions do not" is quite misleading. Like Redmi Note 5AI where only the Taiwanese version supports B28 only a specific version of Tulip supports B28 which is also very rare.
