I think that should be ur height not your chest.

I wonder why people are having issues applying.. Well may be it's because I did mine very early in the morning sha, I advice people to do the-same too.. Try applying between 5am-7am

You should not wonder. It's congestion on the site. If everyone was up between 5 and 7am to register, you probably would have experienced the same thing being experienced now.
I started mine just before 6am and in less than 45 minutes, I was already at the stage of documents upload. I have successfully uploaded almost all documents, except for one, and I have been stuck on uploading just that before final submission. May God bless our hustles. Cheers.
