How do we verify the sheets are full gauge and not below standard?
You can use your caliper to test it, but I'm assurance you, you have the full gauge.

Can I measure the thickness of this sheets myself too, believing that same full gauge is what would be delivered onsite and installation too?

the manufacturer name is not engrave on the aluminum roofing sheet, it only tower aluminum, first aluminum and sumo that engrave there name on their roofing sheets, all the imported aluminum coil don't engrave their name on the aluminum roofing sheets Sir, but it's what you pay for that will be deliver to site and that is what will be neatly and professional install on site.
