But I already gave them another 3weeks in my head.

I also got a success email too. I got dropped at the second stage of Custodian entry level recruitment. Please I'd love to get it right this time around with Mansard. What do the second stage recruitment process entails? Is it another test or interview or??

What do their interview questions look like? I want to start preparing myself gradually till it's time for us to come for the second round test/interview.

Let me give u an hint based on my series of interview with them some two years back.

Go and learn the STAR approach to answer interview questions.

You can be asked series of questions and you would be expected to respond using the star approach.

E.g., Tell us a point at which you were able to use your multitasking skills using star approach.

Just Google more about star approach as all questions that would be asked would be based on that.

I would say you should also note your career goal in relation to their tenets and how you can better the organization. What is the reason you choose Axa Mansard. what department would you like to work and why. Tell me about a time when you accept a feedback from someone. Give an example of a situation in which you had troubles in a group and how did you deal with it. A conflict occurred in your team project,How did you handle it and what was the result of the project. What made you impressed in the recent news. Search online for more

Yes. I'll be going for my second interview on Tuesday. I was supposed to be there last week Tuesday but I rescheduled due to some personal reason.

I can't categorically be sure of that. From what I know,
I think it's not true because the people I met the last time I was there were all on their 2nd stage interview.

saw this late. i guess youre already there now. probably through with the interview.

the office is in the same building with where i worked. a worker there told us about the recruitment and how to apply but i didn't take it serious.
