Op you forgot that people don't read their bible or if they read they don't understand. How can you read the book of proverbs and the book of James and someone calling himself a man of God would con you? Impossible.

In conclusion NO WOMAN who has ever read the Bible and understands what she read can EVER want to be a Christian or ever try to defend the Bible which is one of the most SEXIST books ever written with the aim to keep women subjugated.

The bible was influenced by the culture and tradition of the writers. That is one of the reasons I don't believe it's divinely inspired. Paul's language against women was just too harsh. If he is to write the letters in this 21st century, his letters will have been different.
