This is a wake up call on management of access bank Otukpo to look into allegation of poor service to the client in Otukpo branch. Imagine hundred of people on queue and the management of access bank will only dedicate one cashier to attend to customer

You can imagine visiting the bank as early as 8.A.M and coming out by 12 noon

The bank staff are so rude that their customers do not question how the operate

This woman was force to seat on the floor of banking hall

Perhaps, someone called out sick that day....I said perhaps o

People should get ATM cards na. To save yourself this stress, get an ATM card. What if you had a flight to catch, the bank will not refund your missed flight.

Most people on this queue want to withdraw 1k,2k,5k or 20k....save yourself the stress.

Must you bring her picture here to show us that she's rude? What did you do? What altercations did you ave with her? Somebody cannot just be rude to you if you have not gone ahead to insult, abuse or fail to adhere to lawful orders in the Bank. Meanwhile, why are you not having debit card or be profiled on the bank's online platform? People of your type will do worse if you find yourself working in the Bank.

That happens a lot. Talmbout easter settlement from people that really know the cashier.

Bank queues are usually crazy during festive periods.

ATMs will be busy all through Easter, Banking halls will be crazy on Tuesday too...it’s a rush period.

Things like these can make one mad, but try not to put pictures of individuals on social media. It is image assasination. Empathy is key. Imagine having your picture going viral on an issue you personally can’t control.

Frankly speaking, I am an ardent access Bank customer, right from the old days of Intercontinental, but right from this new phase of Diamond merger or acquisition, access customer response has been like a snow pork.

We have genuine land for sale, just beside the Federal University Otuoke , Bayelsa State. You can use it to build good self contain hostels for students,Which is urgently needed by the yearly increase in student population.

Our comprehensive research in some nigerian universities show that,Hostel accommodation for students have always been in short supply in Nigeria Universities, Polytechnics, and other higher institutions.Simple reason,Most higher institutions in Nigeria enroll students in tens of thousands. And many of these higher institutions do not have ready hostel accommodation for the massive student population they attract from all over Nigeria to their schools.Even the Universities, Polytechnics and other higher institutions in Nigeria who have student hostel within their premises do not have enough rooms to cater for the accommodation needs of 70 percent of their student population. Therefore, the majority of students seek youth hostels or student accommodation outside of the school environment. Thousands of students are in constant need of hostel accommodation year in year out in higher institutions all over Nigeria. Therefore building student hostels provides a huge opportunity for you to earn good returns on your investment,.....0-8-0-3-7-9-0-3-4-4-4

20k is even okay. I've seen people ready to spend hours in queue just because they don't to renew ATM for 1k.

Personally I can count the number of times and I have been in a banking hall this year

This fellow must be very wicked. You want to sack people from their work. Instead of publishing this why not go to the manager of that branch to lay your complaint?

@ OP putting their pictures on the social media isn't good. You could pass your message without revealing their pictures. Long queue in the banking hall is always frustrating.

@bolded, they have not change at all, atleast in Abuja, they are even getting worse. They will kill your time with queue, their customer care is not rude but overwhelmed with people, I can bet u will see average 15 people on a customer care queue, 25 people on ATM gallery queue, the worst thing is that they have 6 ATM machines but only 2 will ever work, the queue to withdraw or deposit is nothing to write home about.
Almost all the major banks are guilty of this, I use unpopular banks like union Bank, mainstreet Bank etc to avoid all this problems, this banks can even help u to fill forms if you don't mind.

However first bank is good at online banking, their apps is the best and mobile transaction is second to none.
