This attitude of riders is becoming so annoying and irritating this days.
Driver: Good mrn/aft ma, you made a request on Uber/bolt (Rider cuts in without allowing you to finish)
Rider: So where are you? (in a harsh tone)
Driver: I am few blocks away from you ma.
Rider: What is the name of the place?
Driver: I am on so so and so street
Rider: where exactly are you?
Driver: Just confirm ur pickup and I will use the map to locate you.
Roder: I say what is the name of the place?
Rider: What and what can you see around ?
Rider: How long will it take you to get here?
Can someone pls tell these people especially the oloshos that they can actually see our location on their app. The drivers should be the ones asking this questions not them. How long shall we continue like this?

It's very simple, when a rider calls me and asked where are you in a harsh voice without greeting, I just asked please who am I speaking to? That will calm. Their nerves.

Riders should be educated on how these rating stuff works
Just see how I stressed myself for this rider even gave her free trip, bought water For her, cause she was cashless..(just Goodwill) she was so happy and gave me 1 star thinking it was the highest

Some riders thinks they are doing us a favour by requesting and asking you to find ur way to them rudely. Maybe its high time we need to let them know they are the ones that needs our help (car) for a token and not the other way round.
Annoying thing is when driving to their location they just cancel the ride without telling you. As in na u take ur phone call them ooo

you can't get blocked for such, you only get blocked if you cancel abruptly. The only way a driver can cancel a request that he won't get penalised is to drive to pickup and wait till the app prompts him to cancel. Moreover, it's just an illustration, don't get too serious.

Taxify was at it again yesterday! Two trips with incorrect fares....both cash trips cry

One understood and added more money. The other was a heartless lady that claimed she saw #1,500 as estimate from Magodo to Idumota! Thus did not add a penny. Worst thing was I entered the very dirty flood in the market after I dropped her & her mum off.

So disheartening...

the incorrect fare just happened to me.. from Alakuko area to Magodo, the thing showed 800#. thank God d rider was understanding and gave me 1500# instead

From what you just narrated I think the lady is new to Uber. Next time when you meet such riders especially the ones on 4.9 to 5.0 rating please teach them what to do and how to do it.

I've been clamouring for that too. They need to educate the riders about rating, a better option will be to bring out the option of rating or not after the ride. If they choose to rate, those mistakes will be lesser.
