OGHENAOGIE:Good , Inec should have wait like they did in the Osun case,,if Sani Musa no appeal then they should just issue certificate of return to David Umaru If not they go issue certificate of return anyhow ooo this court go say this is the candidate another court go say that is the candidate As for Zamfara inec need to withdraw all the Senate and Reps certificates of return issued to Yari and his boys |

Esji80:the man has been issued certificate already and since na inec no get interest dee de ll have to wait til Supreme Court to see if de can withdrew d certificate or leave am like dat...zamfara case is wer inec has interest since she had said abnitio that zamfara apc has no candidates...yari camp got a court judgement in high court or appeal I can't remember and inec had to obey now Dat d appeal court in sokoto said apc is illegal to field candidates in zamfara like inec said na to wait for Supreme Court And inec has obey again but need to wait for final judgment to see wee d pendulum swings although since rivers case is a precedent apc ll wait till 2023 to have elective position in zamfara. |

OGHENAOGIE:that's y we say our justice system is a sham, how can u give another person certificate of return when u now the case will lead to supreme, they should have wait for the final verdict by supreme court them issue him the certificate.
