In the spirit of 'giving back' and encouraging young bloggers as I have done with a couple who sent me PM in the past, I am willing to mentor a young blogger who is interested in WORKING.

To qualify for this, you must:

1. Have an active blog, either hosted on Blogger or Wordpress (.ORG). Preferably Wordpress.
2. Be very inquisitive.
3. Have established the truth that your sole purpose of Blogging isn't for the money but the passion (this is hard )
4. Have enough internet data subscription. I wouldn't want a one day on, one day off thing.
5. Be willing to learn at every point and even move a step further to researching at every point.
6. Have enough time on your hands to do this.

It doesn't matter IF:

1. Your site is monetized already. If it isn't, I'm willing to assist in getting an Adsense account (via approval).

What's in it for me.

Absolutely nothing, other than the joy of helping someone. So long you are willing to work and would stay focused at it, then we are good to go.

Why a female?

I just rounded off with two male bloggers and thought it wise to focus on both genders. I honestly don't want to work with more than one person as the last wasn't easy for me. It wasn't really convenient having to see two different persons coming at me at different times.

To be fair, we learn and assimilate at different paces. The moment I sense you are good enough, the mentorship ends and I'll come on here to choose another person to mentor. I just agreed to mentor another male. So I guess the eventual female that gets selected would have to be mentored alongside the male blogger.
