What is STEM ? And I think the minimum salary is around 38k not sure tho
STEM- Science Technology Engineering and mathematics.
The average salary of a fresh graduate is like 35-45k. That 35 is quite rare tho
But STEM RESIDENCE permit is low cause of lack of professionals in that sector in Germany

Hello guys, pls who had idea of schools that offer rolling admission and not waiting till the deadline? At least to use it for visa processing pending the desired AL. Getting AL mid July will not make sense at all considering the winter rush. Who had gotten AL from Anhalt University recently?

Guys, in your search for a school and course of study in this German study endeavour, i want to recommend that you dont limit your search to daad.de and masterportal alone.

Go to Google and search for "universities in Germany" and enter the Wikipedia result. Wikipedia sorts German universities by alphabets, date of establishment and regions (Nort, South, East and Western Germany).

Choose the method of organization you want and search one after the other. I chose the alphabetical method coz it has more listing - 87 schools!

You may think this method is tedious and time-consuming.,m But it is not as bad as it seems. If you know what you want, you should be through with searching through a school in 20mins max. Ensure to bookmark any course or school that tickles your fancy so that you would come back to read it up in more details later.

A major advantage of this method is that, by the time you are through, you would have done a comprehensive and exhaustive search, i am sure. Anything wey u no see for there, u no fit see am for another place.

I just started this method and i love what i am seeing. My wishlist is just growing. Summer 2020 go hear am ...lol

You get admission even before the application deadline if u fulfill all requirements....
Bayreuth for example has started dishing out admission for history and economics applicant that applied early(Dec) and meet there academic requirements and also did well in there Skype interview (note the deadline for applications is June or july)...A friend applied DEC did the Skype interview march got admission letter notification immediately after the interview

Happy Easter celebrations to everyone on this forum.
I have admission offer for the MSc winter 2019/20 and I am preparing for the interview at the embassy. But I'm however caught up at a cross road over the following issues which I sought your help:

i. The middle name on my birth certificate is "X" . on growing up to secondary school, I dislike the middle name and I choose another from the list of names my parents christened me. I choose "O" as my new middle name. The "O" middle name has since been adopted and appeared on my SSCE and BSc certificates, my international passport also carries the "O" middle name.

ii. My primary school certificate and testimonial has just my first name and surname. No middle name included in any of the two.

now my challenge is, can I do a declaration of age that carries my "O" middle name and present it during the interview. please take note that my date of birth is 197*

The second challenge is, can I swear an affidavit with regards to my primary school certificates and testimonial that has none of my middle name on it : so as to prove its compatibility with my other documents that bears my "O" middle name.

please your prompt advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

I have a similar case, I was informed here that an affidavit will do. it should be enough for you too. God bless your efforts.

Hey guys I am sorry to bother you all. Please and please I need suggestions on how to get my transcript from my school. Somebody already gave me one but that process is too long. They said they only send to academic institutions. I have all other documents ready to process my application only the transcript is pending. Please share your experience on how you got yours please

If you were born before December 1992, Just simply get a new age declaration deposed by your parents. From a magistrate court. By that you will forever remove the X from your credentials.

You need to at least mention your school. So that if anyone was out from there they can share with you how they pulled thru.
It's however sad that a school can be saying they only send transcripts to only academic institution. It's simply annoying. What if my employer wants to sponsor me on further degrees and wants to see what my record as bachelor's was like?
All these rubbish conditions that Nigerian schools are putting people thru.
Na be go the school. Even if i no dey go anywhere else, can't I personally request to see my academic records?
Please mention your school. You will see someone that will give you a way out here.

Wao! many thanks for this piece of information. I was born 1978. I will do as you have advised, though I'm an orphan. I hope this won't pose any problem at the magistrate court....?

Bloodeagle:

just go to any law court and get an affidavit of name correction...
I have the same issue. I was at the ikeja high court yesterday... I did it myself and it cost 700 naira = 200 to print the write up and 500 for the stamping.

Alright, many thanks for following me up with this information. I will by the grace of God on Tuesday go for age declaration to slot the new middle name and affidavit for my certificates without my middle name .

If the decision has been made and they haven't served you a plate of rejection mail after 4weeks I think you are safe you just have to worry about your enrollment date now. Seek for extension if its already choking .
You'll just be fine
Did you submit your SL on or after interview date?
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 6 by henriq2: 10:12pm On Apr 19, 2019
Just go with your guardians passport (uncle or aunt) or anyone that can stand in place of your parents as head of your family. The idea is that the person is affirming that you are born at the stated date. So whoever must be a family member that knows when you were born.

NB: you can also use notary public lawyers. Federal High court may insist that you bring the deponent to sign.

They were probably referring other programs. Studienkolleg is usually in German but you can apply to other English taught bachelor degree programs if you have at least a 100 level transcript or an HND result.
Hey hadassa are you in tum?

I summited my sponsorship letter on the interview . for the extension stuff, my admission letter came with a preparatory language course before the start of the program . which means I will learn the language there before studienkolleg
