Nuella45: Perhaps something is wrong with your sponsorship letter. The embassy can decide to reject somebody even if the Alien office approved the visa. I am not saying you have been rejected. But Since you contacted your alien office and they said you should contact the embassy, i guess there is really nothing you can do except to pray and wait for the embassy's decision. When is your enrollment deadline? In the meantime, please track your prepaid envelope (the one you took with you to the interview) because embassy can be funny at times |

Aerofly76: National Open University. I tried using the employer style, they said the can’t send to employer. They said they could only send confirmation of my certificate and not transcript. Some schools requires me to go through uni assist, some requires me to send document straight. Mehn brother my eye just Dey red |

dharamanil: I think you need to give it a try(it won't hurt), since your school only sends to Academic institutions. OR you reach your the section of your school handling this and see if you can throw Bar around to make things happen (this is Nijaria) |

Kenechill: Gross salary (before tax) but don’t worry people rarely ever get this as fresh graduates. City also has a role to play. what you’d see most people having starting like 39/40/-45 then in cities like Munich or Berlin it can enter 50-55 as staters (but then cost of living is higher) . For residence permit it must be a job related to your field of study Permanent residency after studying in Germany, you must have been working and paying taxes for 30+months and If you Can provide B1 language certificate it takes just 21 months after graduation 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Nuella45: You haven't still answered. When is your enrolment?. When does the school expect you to be in Germany. if it's in October. Not sure they will release your AM yet. Keep mailing them (might be considered as spamming though) |
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 6 by Philfit(m): 8:47am On Apr 20, 2019 |
aodiba: Sha has already answered it, as a German language student you aren’t bound by an enrollment date. You can enroll anytime during the course of the semester and begin your language course. Enrollment dates only affect you when you are to enroll for a study program |

Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 6 by Philfit(m): 9:28am On Apr 20, 2019 |
Nuella45: I can’t say what people at the embassy are thinking. But if it’s because of enrollment date, they cannot withhold your Am, cause you have a free pass for one Semester as to enrollment. Hope you get it, stay strong dear |

uchman:... okay Mr uchman let me try my best and see if I can help you to understand... Studienkolleg is a 9 months to a year duration preparatory program that prepares a student before commencing his/her Bachelor program.. in Nigeria what I call Studienkolleg is the normal Pre-degree studies which most Nigerian universities do offer to students who are Willing to take up a Bsc program In it's institution... Now back to the German aspect.... Now Studienkollegs are recommended for student whose qualifications are not sufficient to directly take up a course in a German university... now Studienkolleg mainly requires a waec certificate and a level of German proficiency probably B1 or B2 with certificate because it is taught entirely in German though there's is One I can recommend for you that lectures in English buh the tuition fees are quite very high... Now let's go to the application aspects, it's quite advisable to go to a Studienkolleg affiliated to a German university for easily passage into it's university... And most of them are through Uni-assist,what you would do is to send all your Qualifications to a university that you are sure that has an active Studienkolleg affiliated to them ...so that if your Qualification isn't sufficient for a direct admission into the university... they would give you a Studienkolleg admission.... Or there are some Independent studienkollegs in Germany too that you can apply to and they would send you a conditional Admission Letter that requires you to satisfy your German proficiency level that they demand... I hope I have been able to assist you to understand better 7 Likes 1 Share |

Philfit: very nice information. like how many percent is income tax because from data in wikipedia, I am seeing 47.475% (45% income tax + 5.5% solidarity surcharge based on the total tax bill) working with the data above if someone earns 39,000 euro in a year, his income after tax should be 18513 Euros. from research also, it takes 700 euro to live in Germany if you are conservative. 700x12 = 8400 euros in a year. Then 18,513 euros minus 8400 euros leaves you with 10,113 euros per annum Now lets convert the income to naira 10,113 x 400 euro = #4,045,200 4,045,200 divided by 12 = #337,100 profit every month. with the above mathematical analysis, one can deduce that for a fresh MSc graduate, you are sure of atleast #300,000 income every month after tax and bills 13 Likes 4 Shares |

1. Please can i notarise my documents at a state high court? 2. Do i need to notarise my documents before uploading them on uni-assist? |
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 6 by Armstrong34(m): 10:51am On Apr 20, 2019 |
lavicollins:.... please go to the website of the school you wanna apply to get the exact place they want you to certify .. some schools demands one to certifiy only at the German embassy or consulate... And to your second question, yes you are to certify all documents bfor sending them to Uni-assist |
