Check the characters that make up the words you filled in there such as in the name of your school. If you have character like apostrophe (') e.g. Anthony's , kindly remove it to avoid getting operation failed as response

Good evening all. My advice to everyone struggling wit one issue or the other. Start afresh wit another account. I just did dat now. And under 10-15 mins I was done wit everything. I had difficulty wit nysc pending n incomplete update of document. Just tot it thru dis nyt and decided to use another account. And it was fast n easy. Pls use google chrome. All d best.
