having the same problem here....

I have uploaded every document just remaining Medical fitness Certificate which am yet to obtain. Any Enugu residents that have provided the said cert and also applied. Am thinking of doing it in Parklane hospital, Enugu State University teaching hospital? or UNTH, but the first hospital preferably as I reside nearby to it. How much can I get it from there pls

The problem is from their end, It will be resolved eventually. But if you are anxious about it, creating a new account is the ONLY way out for now

Listen carefully.. try and create another account and start all over. This time, as you're completing each stage, make sure all information you give are correct to avoid going back to recheck your work. In other words, before proceeding to the next stage, cross check carefully but don't go back until you get to the stage you re required to upload your documents. Upload accordingly, dont jump. Good luck

I have similar case with you and the summary Page is requesting my nysc cert but no provision for it

Yes you can cuz you are 30 yes presently, you will be 31 on December 23. So you are not OVER 30

Check the name of the secondary school you entered under o level..remove any comma,apostrphe,etc it will go . Else create another email address

Go to step 2 and upload passport ,,if no option to upload. Then u have to create another email and start afresh

I'm stuck in NYSC .. After entering my NYSC CERTIFICATE number which successfully saved.. it keeps asking me to enter NYSC discharge certificate again at point of submission
