This has nothing to do with riches. You should think critically and stop taking things at face value. Read any history book. Invading armies always bring along supplies for their soldiers but depending on how long the siege is going to last, those supplies will not last forever..no matter how rich the Conqueror is. And when the provisions are gone, the army *always* starts to live off the land. That's why all invaders usually attack the richest and most fertile place in a country first so that they can control the resources there to their own advantage.
Now, look at the context of the show, The North in the GoT universe is known for their poor harvests, people always starve and die in winter. One of the advantages of Daenerys' alliance with the Queen of Thorns apart from more soldiers was the provision of food since the Reach is the most fertile place. But Cersei now has control of the Reach so Daenerys is at a serious strategic disadvantage.
You think writing a realistic story is easy? These factors are realistic concerns every army faces during a conquest. The show runners are not stupid, they considered all these things but You think it's stupid because they decided to voice these concerns in the story through a character you don't like. I'm sure you'd never think anything about that statement if it came from someone like Tyrion Lannister. That Sansa is thinking about it at all is a great testament to her foresight. Running an Army doesn't just require concerns about their ability to fight. it requires concerns about logistics too.

No need for all the war stats. And I never said I dislike Sansa nor said that out of hate. The point is she made a very irrelevant comment which could be out of her dislike of Dany or jealousy. It is what the director wants to show but that just makes her look stupid.

You think they made an alliance so that the entire Dany camp could rely on the north for food. She made a very unwelcome statement. Which hitherto made her sound stupid.

One or two of the lessons happened in the show, the most notable being the one that got little finger killed.

She won't. Arya considers Jon more of a family than she lets out. Jon is who she always sees as her saviour, check the reunion between Arya-Sansa and Arya-Jon. One looked for the other, there is a significance to that tiny action.

Arya knows Sansa is dumb but for now, she is the Lady of Winterfell and it would be bad for the house if Jon challenges her points or talks during meetings based on the "Sansa is stupid" theory (which she is ). Arya is playing for a united front in the Stark family first, and saying that will make Jon cut Sansa some slacks and let her be Lady of Winterfell fully with Arya and Jon on standby to clean up her mess

Your first and second narrative is what the show producers are aiming at, a united Stark family in the face of of the world and adversity even though they might not be deep down.

Methinks some thing terrible will happen to the Stark family again and only their unity will save them this time.

Among all the Starks, Arya is the only one who knows Jon and who he listens to even when they were younger
