it's from your own end not from airtel. android os has a feature that allows your app to run in the background even when you're not using them, and any time there is an active subscription, those apps will "borrow"some of it without your permission. how to solve it is simple. simply go to your power saving settings and activate "restrict background data". your data will stop disappearing after that.

to subscribe just dial *141# and choose option 3.

just follow the voice prompt as if you wanna listen to a particular product then they'll say 'listen again press 1, to transfer to a customer care agent press 9'. You understand?
