So the thing is, can a manager who also no longer works there -YES declare for me, and does the person have to go to court with me or the person can write and I take to court YES

The department I worked under split and merged with a different organization to form another company. So getting an experience letter has been difficult.

From all I've read it seems that I have to do my ACS assessment for ANZSCO code 261111 using the RPL route, since my qualification and my work experience do not match. (Please correct me if I've come to the wrong conclusion).

Also, can anyone help me out with a sample of a submitted RPL? I would really appreciate it...

1. Your sponsor family cannot do anything to expedite the process apart from the nomination. This is where a state regional sponsor is better.

2. According to the Migration Regulations 1994 (amended) from July 1, 2014, a skills assessment is valid for three years from the date of issue except a shorter period is indicated on the assessment.

I think you should chase a 489 from any region as November 2019 is almost here.

Your profile does not require RPL. System engineering will be recognised by ACS. However if ACS says otherwise after your application, you will be adviced to submit RPL.

You can always apply for remark, it would cost a free though, BUT check the school you intend applying for most uni requires a band of 6-6.5
