Thanks my chairman.
Most high end users simply use matte emulsion on a screeded wall.
Some use graffitex also.
Textcoat is so old school but there seems to be demand for matte emulsion with stones used in textcoat but they have sheen and smooth to touch.

hmmmn...i am in sifiya pains....i spent 561k for a 10*10*7 and 214k for 6*4*8 recently in Warri. Labour alone 200k minus digging. 50bags of cement. 640 6"blocks........40pcs of 12mm ....e don pass sha. We learn everyday

Location plays a vital role for certain prices in labour charges.
Difference in quantity of material may be negligible since pattern of construction may differ.
You can see his size of septic tank and the price. In my area that size goes for maximum #35k at 8 feet depth. I once did a 15×12ft at #50k. So it's all about bargaining and the persons doing the job.

That on the high side, I bought 1 1/2 tons twice last month in Ikorodu @285k per 1 1/2 ton= 139pcs delivery inclusive to site, equal to 2.050 each. People will think it's per-ton price but it wasn't, we tried to buy individual, still same price.
