Mama zaynie, tatacherie and kaimasomkene, thanks for the reply.. Finally saw Dr today and after pressing my breast and checking, she said nothing is wrong but I should do breast scan to be safe. I carried myself jejely to do the scan and the cost was 10k and ever since I paid that 10k, my heart has been paining me o.
The sonogrammer checked and was like does that Dr know you're pregnant at all? I answered and said yes and he was like why did she send you for scan then because nothing is actually wrong chaiiiiiiiiii , my heart started palpitating because I remembered my 10k Kai. The man just decided to do the scan so it won't be as if he didn't do it o. Lo and behold, nothing was truly wrong.... I'm just happy that I actually did the test and found out that I'm okay and fine which is better than to be late... I don calculate wetin 10k go buy for my pikin tire ..

No vex dear is better dat u did it to be on a safe side than been sorry. God will provide another plenty money for u

They slapped me. Nurses told me to put strength. Doctor was getting mad at me for not been able to push well. I was telling him "doctor i am ur friend o" if u see drama that day.


When d final cramp came, i pushed with all my might my God!!! Doctor assisted me with a pump n my prince flew out shouting "nwua nwua" i felt so relieved. All d cramps disappeared to only God knows where. It can only be God.


In less than five minutes, doctor brought out d placenta n then began to stich my tear. He gave me some injections so i didn't feel pain even during n after. I only felt a bit discomfort down there.

Today baby is 7 days old. Tomorrow another battle for circumcision will take place. Finally u all are invited to d naming ceremony tomorrow by 4:00pm.

2.5kg at 30 weeks isn’t okay o, she really really needs to cut down on a lot of things because the baby triples Weight between 30 weeks and 40 weeks, normal weight for 30 weeks is 1.25 or 1.5

Please watch what you’re eating darling, because 2.5 is an unusual weight at 30 weeks , cut down on your carbs & co.

In my opinion I dont see why you should worry about the baby's weight. Pikin where go big, go big. Dont go starving yourself and your baby because you no want make ya bumbum tear during labour. People here have given birth to babies weighing 2.5kg and still had serious tears, a mama or two here have given birth to babies weighing 4kg without a single tear! So please if you're hungry, EAT AND EAT WELL!!!

Let me also add that sometimes scan may be wrong.
You may be told your baby is 5kg but your baby may come out weighing 3kg or even 2.5kg sef.

Please dont starve yourself. Eat well

@Preeteejoe, You can still watch your weight but don't go hungry. I remembered when I carried my first child, at 36 weeks the doctor told me she was 4.0kg, fear catch me but I didn't mind and I did not bother myself. At the end of the day, na 3.2kg I born ooo.

What I am trying to say is if your husband or you yourself are on the tall side, your baby can be tall and this may make the weight in scan looks big. In all, eat healthily but don't starve yourself.

Preeteejoe I've always been of the "pikin wey go big go big" school of thought. Some people are prone to big babies, some are not. I watched my diet and avoided sweet things and gave birth to a 4.3kg baby....who avoidance epp? On the other hand, the matron at the hospital I gave birth said she took 1 bottle of coke daily during her 3 pregnancies and her biggest baby was 2.6kg.

This does not mean you should eat irresponsibly. My point is, don't starve yourself, eat what you want in moderation, God cannot give you what is more than you. If baby is 2.5, you will born gracefully; if baby is 4.5, same ni, still gracefully.
