What inefficiency? The first inefficiency was hiring a mediocre manager for a team like Chelsea. Sarri came with what looked like a good tactics and everyone got excited, now that he has been exposed, he has refused to change his formation. Sarriball has failed. Revert back to status quo. I don't know how that is management efficiency. To think that he had an opportunity of strengthening the squad and chose to go for a washed out Higuain. Sarri is clueless and inefficient, he doesn't deserve a second term.
