Mine was soreness of breasts, food aversion and nausea without vomiting. I was highly nauseated though it is gradually wearing out now.
I tested with the regular urine home test trip before going to the hospital to confirm 3 weeks after with a scan.
When was your last menstrual period (LMP)??

I had just severe lower back pain, it was on nd off, cravings and eating a whole lot( even till now)..Wish u the best

it was on 25 march and my cycle 27,28 thanks

B.S Part 1
.
On Friday 12th of April, I woke up in a small pool of water and I noticed I was leaking fluid in small quantity for the rest of the day till Sunday( had to go to church wearing pad). Told hubby my observation after church and he insisted we go to the hospital for checkup on Sunday evening, meanwhile I've been having mild contractions.

Got to the hospital, saw the Doc and after series of questioning, they said I was going to be admitted that night, that I've been leaking my fluid, I told them I wasn't prepared to be admitted and they gave me a form to sign that I decided to go home despite their counsel..I signed and we left with the promise to be back on Monday ( I need to put my home in order, hand over toddler to my mum etc) + the Docs were young and not the regular faces I see when I go for ANC.

B.S part 2.

Called my mum, did the necessary things at home and by evening, we headed for the hospital, I saw my regular Doc ( I already explained everything to him over the phone, he wasn't pleased I left on Sunday night too).

A scan was done and fluid already insufficient for fetus, good news cervix has ripened, VE was done and I was 3cm gone, got admitted, drip fixed and oxytocin was administer around 9:45pm on Monday 15th April. Hubby was with me so we were gisting till sleep sets in. Around 3am, Another VE was done and I was 4cm dilated, Doc said progress is poor, but there's hope, drip was increased, started having irregular but strong contractions....


By 8am on Tuesday 16th, another VE was done and I was still 4cm gone, I was getting tired and going to pee every 30mins, noticed my mucus plug, told Doc and membrane sweep was done...by 1pm I was 5cm dilated and they had to break my water maybe that would speed up the progress. Contractions became stronger but fetus didn't descend...

By 8pm Everyone became worried...I was crying and in great pains, hubby sef had to use the courage ...
.
To cut the story short....after 27hours of pains and agony...CS was the only option left.. arrangements were made...
.
I was wheeled to the theatre, given spinal anaesthesia but I could feel the pains while I was been cut so they had to give me the one to knock me off...I wake up masked with oxygen in the ICU around 6am on Wednesday 17th April.

B.S part 3
.
I was wheeled to the ward after an hour and the battle with spinal headache started (reason why I have been MIA). Had partial paralysis on Friday 18th... thanks to God I'm fine. Took blood transfusion on Saturday too.

Our princess was christened today.
Sorry for the long epistle...I can't put everything I went through into words..manage the B.S like that.

I pray for supernatural, Swift and stress free delivery for our waddling Mama's.

Hello mamas, I went for scan today and was told that baby is just 2.0kg at 37wks 4days.


I'm suspecting that the machine is mal functioning but if not, then I should be worried that he is low weight.


Please what can I do to make him add weight a bit?
