JejeNaija:No you don't get it. I didn't want to go into details but I have to do that now. Mr A is travelling and only has hand luggage which in some cases may not be tagged. Every passenger has a tag prepared for him that is to be used in his checked in luggage. An airport Official Mr B may collect drugs in a bag and then use any of the unused tags belonging to passenger Mr A. The passenger will get to his destination, check into his hotel only to to be visited by Security official and arrested for drug trafficking. The drug is discovered if the recipient of the drug of mr B couldn't successfully claim it from the airport. There's actually such case now a girl has been arrested and she didn't check in any luggage but a tag belonging to her was found on the drugs. Saudi authorities have only agreed to release her if the Nigerian authorities present the person(s) who did it. And I heard the ndlea arrested some FAAN officials responsible for such similar act but I don't know if it's specifically for this particular case I hope you get it now 2 Likes 2 Shares |

gypsey: You have possibly never been on International Flight before. if you have ever travelled, you will understand that there is 1. hand luggage you carry with you on the plane; 2. The other heavier luggage you check- in into the plane Cargo section. This way, anyone that has access (work with those parking the luggage) into the Plane can actually plant anything inside the luggage. QED. |

gypsey: The passenger had only one bad, what they do is to laid another bag with drugs and tag a passenger detail to it even without the passenger knowing. So when d plane lands, if their team over there are able to retrieve the bag, fine, if not so, the passenger whose details d bag carries would be held responsible. I read that woman's story and almost cried for how desperately wicked the heart of men could be. Evil Everywhere. |

Mailthaddeus:whaaaaaaat?!! This makes a lot of sense. that is Scary!! but i pressume there would be CCTV cameras at my depature to prove that i never checked more than 1 or 2 bags in, the other bags are not mine. Anyway, no custom, Police or Immigration officer would believe that. at the checking out point. Well...i suppose they do it on Some internatonal flights.. dammm! that is really Scary. |

SmartyPants:Who unloads the luggage? Evil spirits or baggage handlers? I think you should google YouTube videos about baggage handlers searching baggages in their care, you will see enough. |

Malawian: It's one thing to open up people's baggage at the port of origin but quite another to do so at the destination. Most violation of baggage happens at the port of origin. While the bags are unloaded by handlers, yes, but it's done in such a way that almost the entire team of handlers would have to be in on the crime. How easy would it be to arrange such a syndicate? |

Imagine the black hearted ones who decides like mosquitoes to deposit stuff on their way out. |

Re: 7 Kano Airport Officials Who Plant Drugs On Passengers' Luggage Caught (video Up by SmartyPants(m): 1:18pm On Apr 26, 2019 |
Malawian: Please listen more than respond. The first video does not play but the remaining three show the same incident, and in that case the person was videoed stealing in the process of loading, that is at the port of departure, as i have said several times before. In all my replies i have maintained that it is possible to do this from the port of departure. Yes they can easily access your bags once you've checked them in as the bags are in their custody, and out of your sight for a significant enough period of time. But it is different at the port of entry/destination because the bags are unloaded immediately the plan lands, and taken directly to the baggage claim. The baggage is unloaded so fast that in most cases, it gets to the baggage claim even before passengers get through airport security. What does this mean? Petty theft is still possible upon arrival, but the chances of an unloader having all the time he or she needs to search for any particular bag and then to rummage through it without getting caught are very slim. Meaning this method is not viable for organized crime. You have other unloaders and other airport staff present while you unload from the cargo hold, so you can't do it in front of them. The bags are then transported on a vehicle straight to the baggage claim where, again there are usually a number of people around. This method of transport would fail 90% of the time. The process described by others is far more likely, where a separate bag with an innocent person's name tag is loaded on the plane and then surreptitiously picked by someone else at the airport. 1 Like 1 Share |
