Between the results entered in form EC 8A, signed by the parties agents and the police and the one transmitted electronically by a presiding officer without signatures. Which one do you think the judges will accept as authentic? It is only if EC 8A form scanned copies are been transmitted electronically that it might be considered. Now we have two results which one do you think is more factual and backed by our Constitution? I am not seeing anything positive for Atiku in this tribunal. |

Emedu: Who says pdp doesn't have the EC8A results sheet? The true value and quality of evidence will be delivered at the tribunal in detail. 3 Likes |

tuniski: Be objective. If PDP has EC8A results while contending with server results that is not specifically backed by the law. The simple argument has been the result collated manually from unit level down to national collation centre Abuja is different from the result obtainable in INEC server. If at all the server results is admitted as evidence, then the next line of action will be which one is authentic. 1 Like |
