Zenith Bank doesn't have a graduate trainee program, at least for now, you'll enter as a contract staff... If you dont have a professional certificate, you will most likely remain a contract staff forever

Nawao, why are you so difficult. I'm currently running a graduate trainee position in one of the banks. So, don't even go there differentiating GT and contract for me. I know how every dey go.
Zenith Bank no dey do any graduate trainee ( I hope this sink well this time though). The only different between Zenith and other banks is that everyone get converted eventually so long as you can wait (4years).
When you get ICAN on the job, dem go give you 250k education refund and promote you. Abeg no let me shout o

Also for your info, Zenith no dey employ OND as tellers or Customer Service. OND are only for bulk room. No space for HND in Zenith.
Men don't do Customer Service (only for ladies)
Tellers (Men/Women)
Only few get lucky to be posted to Head office (In my set, only 2 out of 16).

He said ok o. Tell me about a project you have manage before. Chai, I realise say I don die well na I tell am say na two week training I do. He took his time to lecture me that day en, he say na we dey put ourselve for wahala for interview. From that day I remove all those stupid stuffs

I'm a 2.2 graduate (based in Lagos),, I fit in perfectly for this job i.e I uploaded all the required documents and my age hasn't exceeded the required age, still I didn't get the invite. They should have been specific by saying the opening is only for First-class and 2.1 graduates..

First bank did something similar few months ago.

They just pay 55k..

Now I see, I don't think you get your facts well at all..

Banks don't pay pension, its called pay off..

And its once they do that not every month

Success in advance for those who took the test yesterday. please note that you might get a mail before the end of tomorrow and if am right just like last year when i applied the Assessment center would be this Saturday at Lagos in Churchgate, Victoria Island. Please start getting set to travel. If you scale through this stage you be going for medicals and within 2 weeks training school. I wish you all the best of luck.

I was once like you guys last year when i applied and now my story has changed. The assessment center has four (4) different stages and it all going to be one day from 7:30 am to 5 pm.

As regard to the pay structure all the blogs carrying the pay structure of Polaris bank are actually wrong. You would be paid monthly and also benefit quarterly allowance after confirmation. It actually armed robber salary, if you know you know.

Contract staff in Polaris bank earn 75k a month and quarterly of up to 30k. Now imagine what a full staff would be earning.
