Last year they invited the best 200 people to assessment center and only 120 of us scaled through to the medicals stage.

Success in advance for those who took the test yesterday. please note that you might get a mail before the end of tomorrow and if am right just like last year when i applied the Assessment center would be this Saturday at Lagos in Churchgate, Victoria Island. Please start getting set to travel. If you scale through this stage you be going for medicals and within 2 weeks training school. I wish you all the best of luck.

I was once like you guys last year when i applied and now my story has changed. The assessment center has four (4) different stages and it all going to be one day from 7:30 am to 5 pm.

As regard to the pay structure all the blogs carrying the pay structure of Polaris bank are actually wrong. You would be paid monthly and also benefit quarterly allowance after confirmation. It actually armed robber salary, if you know you know.

Contract staff in Polaris bank earn 75k a month and quarterly of up to 30k. Now imagine what a full staff would be earning.

After confirmation it's 3.5m
Confirmation takes 6 months


All I want to know is this
Hwta grade is your cousin?
Is he a Graduate trainee?

Or is he a contract staff?

Also, please ask his grade.
Is he graduate trainee in probation?
Or Executive Trainee?
Or is he contract staff?

After 6 month and meeting target you get confirmed and become SEA.


SEA- 3.7 million p/a gross pay.
