I have stayed there for your Info when it was even new and I have thrown a birthday there join and I have done business with Eitsalat in the other building there .. Forget all that MDF facia let me teach you have to value a property, building that entire property didnt cost more 40 million dollars , then factor in the huge liability the unprofitable property is own it's owners as late maintenance, power generation and cost of service and I will tell the value of the place is about 15 million dollars
