You saw he took off Ndidi at half time leaving Choudbury

Ndidi had a yellow card.. Arsenal was down to 10 men. He did not want to risk a second yellow to Ndidi.

Having most minutes under another manager determines nothing about a player's future

Arsenal were down to 10 men, Leicester doesn't need to defend because they would have most of the possession that's why he removed Ndidi

The situation here is, by next season Leicester must have strengthed if they have majority of possession against teams, would there be any need for Ndidi

Ndidi's yellow card did not play a part in his change

Ndidi has gotten yellow cards in most of the matches he played for Leicester and he finished those matches

I made similar observation when Balogun was going to Brighton, I'm sure you called me hater then

As much I dont wanna blacklist Manu Garba, I think Forgiveness aint entirely wrong, after all. Manu aint as clean as he seems. There is more to his selections and matchday squads than meets the eye. How does one explain his decision to sideline Adrian Akande after spending alot to get him all the way from England? Why does he not have players from the South East, Delta and Edo in his squad?

Ndidi is not bad but does he fit into Rodgers possession based football

If Choudbury fits into it more then there is nothing Ndidi can do

Rodgers play a possession based football and Choudbury knows how to use the ball better than Ndidi, Rodgers took him off and played Choudbury in his position

And the team played better. Not kidding you, I am scared for Ndidi because he had a mare today. Very awful with the ball. He needs to start listening and study Mikel’s games at Chelsea. Keep it simple and pass to the close players. Do not try holding the ball for any reason.

And the fans gave Choudbury a standing ovation when he was leaving, coupled with the fact that he is home grown that gives him an added advantage

Choudbury was also good defensively but not close to Ndidi in quality. I still think Ndidi will still get the nod because of his ability to cover a large area of the field during games but he needs to buckle up because Choudbury gives a more controlled performance. He really had a good game today.

When you look at Ndidi's ball winning play, he was superb. I was even screaming his name when he won some balls. However, his on-the-ball play was atrocious with Arsenal players pressing him. He lost the ball repeatedly and made faulty passes.

If he can learn to keep it simple, watch the movement of his players and tick the right passes, he will make it in the system.

However, Rodgers will want an artist in the middle of the pack, not a mechanic. Ndidi needs to up his passing game by a large scale.

Yea Ndidi will start till the end of the season

The problem is next season when they get reinforcements they don't need somebody just sitting and shielding the defense

That was a tactical decision, one mistake by Ndidi and their advantage would be eroded.

I expected him to make that change.

I think Ndidi can up that part of his game with hard work and technical development with respect to tactical understanding.

He just needs to study and improve.

Rodgers is a man with immense training skills on the training pitch and I believe he has a trick or two up his sleeves to improve that part of Ndidi. Ndidi just needs to keep studying.

Ndidi has gotten many yellow cards this season and finished those matches, and they were playing an understrength Arsenal side so the chances of Ndidi getting a red card was minimal

I don't think ball playing abilities are learned they are inborn, I would advise Ndidi to improve what he already has which is goal threat, he has to practice his shot and heading

Spending an eternity with Rodgers will not turn him into Pirlo
