onegentleguy: A quoted coy(CAVERTON) which by the way, is by miles the CHEAPEST stock on the NSE at the moment(trading @ an MoS discount of over 200%), is selling for just a meagre N2.95, and someone is talking of abracadabra !! Abracadabra is what u call the current happenings in coys like JAPAUL and CHAMS safe for any positive future news in them. If u think CAVERTON of all coys should sell for less, why not put out ur entire holding(for sale), and someone who appreciates immense VALUE will gladly buy it up from u. ...at least the stock is presently on FULL BID. I have since given my take on that stock. Folks would recall the post above when CAVERTON was selling for less N1.80, AIICO @ 59k and WEMA @ 52-53k We were fortunate to get them then. ...even CAVERTON @ near 22% < that. I have also said that there are lots of 'goodies' surrounding CAVERTON. That coy, together with AIICO and WEMA shall surprise a lot of folks in the short to mid term. WEMA has since returned 100% before the slight pull back. ...and it's 'healthy enough' to 'run back up' As for AIICO? Well, let the doubters keep watching. ...I shall still remind them when it's 'time for reckoning'. Elsewhere, FCMB, TRANSCORP, LEANAFRICA, FIDELITY, ACCESS, UBA, ZENITH, and FLOURMILLS @ current prices are seriously UNDERPRICED, with the only RIGHT thing to do been to ACCUMULATE !! A word they say, is enough for the ... 2 Likes |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by onegentleguy: 2:05pm On Apr 29, 2019 |
CAVERTON just released a Q1 2019 result showing an outstanding growth accross all key deriavable revenue and earnings line. ...with REVENUE MARGIN up by over 83%, and PAT growth of over 170%. With the company already returning near the 25k it paid for YE 2018 to stakeholders in the 1st 3 months of 2019 alone. ...EPS up by approx 167% from 9k to 24k. Even more so was the fantastic healthy position of the company's FCFE, ROAE, ROAA, GROSS MARGIN, RoIC, and EM !! ...and some persons are selling... Given away such an asset of IMMENSE VALUE? Well, for every buyer, there is a seller... the future will prove which one of them had made a mistake. With CAVERTON, I can bet that it would surely be a COSTLY MISTAKE selling @ this greatly underpriced value. Rake-off all inherent worries, and this coys FVE should compute @ no less than N10.50 with this Q1 report annualized thru yr end. No other fitting word than ACCUMULATE. ...the stock screams so loud of that !! Enough said. 1 Like |
