Big scandal surrounding Aigbogun. I hear from reliable sources that players are paying between 2 million and 10 million to join the under 20 team to the WC. It is really tragic what i have heard.

ANS is reporting it as well.

Why would Chelsea not release an academy player for a national duty?

Is this the first time?

Abeg, find something else talk.

Did arsenal release Ovie Ejeria? Didn't they call him back? There have been tons of kids called back by their clubs if you say this is strange then you are lying. This is the time that youth competitions are getting hot a Chelsea youth won't be looking for a competition to play in because they are there enough.

He must need money to pay Samu his. appearance fee grin

The man might be a poor coach tactically but this might be too much. Look at the foreign based players he has selected and tell me you believe that.

Well let me also keep my fingers crossed and wait for the full report because anything can happen in this world. We are all capable of nonsense here and there.

Yes corruption dwells and not in only coaches but that doesn't mean they are not entitled to a fair trial. Your all Nigerian coaches are corrupt talk will not fly in court.

Mino Raiola wants to be Osimhen's agent
Osimhen is going to retire a rich man. Anyone who is able to convince Arsenal to give Mkhitaryan the contract he has at the moment is a genius!.

Very tough choice but I say he goes to City and work with Guardiola. There would be a lot of competition there but his tactical acumen will improve greatly and his work rate will be phenomenal.

Also, it was Guardiola's former team mate, Emmanuel Amunike who discovered him. So Chukwueze has already played with similar ideas tactically. Coupled with coming from Spain where the tactics are similar. City to me is the best choice for him.

Good, so tell me, how would u know there were no better players since he decided to limit his scouting to Lagos? What happened to his 2013 format that birthed our best U17 crop? U dont expect a poor 15/16year old kid from Akwa Ibom, Enugu, PH, Owerri, Aba, Asaba, Umuahia, Onitsha etc to embark on a journey to far away Lagos, do you? U know the cost, the dangers and all. Last time Manu tested success he had camps in almost all the 6goeoolotical zones for proximity purpose, hence giving every kid a chance. How many Academies did he visit outside Lagos abi Nigeria revolves around Lagos? Mind u dis isnt about tribe or religion buh, zone, hence even the Igbo/igboid names u see on his list were not brought up in the SE buh Lagos and its environs. He picked most of his players from Lagos Academies and I even read an Academy has about five of their players in that team. This aint just laziness, Manu is on something. Bros there are cities in Nigeria that u dont joke with bkus they are always there to provide us with abundant quality talents; Jos, Owerri, Enugu, Asaba, Benin, Lagos, Kaduna are the primary cities, hence they deserve some sort of special attentions. From history, naijas best talents have always come from these cities, no disrespect to other cities.

That aside, how do u xplain the treatment he meted on a boy who left a tourney with England u16 for this AYC? Bkus Manu knew there would be no money to make on him, he decided to bench him to display his boys to the scouts for his own selfish interests, knowing full well that we are on a heated battle with the English FA for his services. Not even a minute of a game time to captie him and give him that Sense of belonging.
hmmmmm, good points tho

A team had a man advantage and introduced an attacking player (because they could afford the luxury of a man advantage),, were they supposed to play worse??

Kante has been shifted from his role and given a more advanced role at Chelsea,, does that make him less of the player he is?? Just get off this boy's back and let him do what he can do best instead of raising a very false and unnecessary alarm like we are talking of a greenhorn player here.. Ndidi has paid his dues and getting subbed off at HT doesn't mean his position in that team is under any threat.. Rogers won't even want to shoot himself in the head as it will be a tactical suicide to undermine Ndidi's contribution to that his team's setup..
no be the same Rodgers wey dey give Henderson shirt? that one that can't pass to save his life
