Well, that's Information you actually don't need. You already know you are qualified or can know by using the CRS Tool.

There's really no need for an agent in the express entry journey.

kuljiyke:
Please which one is called Canadianvisaexpect because I received a call from them telling me am qualified for Canada resident permit
I need your advice please before I answer them

Good day Seniors in the house!
Please can anyone who applied successfully under NOC 4032 (Primary school teacher) or used NYSC (+/-teaching) experience for Express Entry permit me to PM my wife's Reference letter & salary certificate (paid in cash) sample for corrections.
We want to use her NYSC and also 1year teaching experience in a private school.
I have tried contacting a couple but none has responded to my emails requesting PM connection.
Please Kindly assist!
Thanks a lot in advance!

Bubblefairy:
Good Evening house, please oh, I don't know what is happening with WES again ohh and I don't want to start accusing village people yet. I have registered for WES since 18th of February, faxed credentials to them, gotten confirmation that my WAEC package has gotten to WES and school has also confirmed that my transcript had been sent to WES, unfortunately all I have been seeing is 'we received your documents, we are reviewing your documents' updated about 6 times now.
Meanwhile, I registered for husband's WES on 23rd of March, only for them to send a mail to him few days ago that they only got
his Credentials which I faxed to them. Now today they have updated his status that documents for verification has been sent to his school (LAUTECH ohh).
I have sent a mail to WES requesting to know what is delaying them, but got a generic response.
Is there any other magic I can perform to know the reason for delay.

All of that depends on your score, why not simulate it with her writing IELTS alone and not doing ECA, then with her doing both and see which one favours you more. As I said earlier a score above 450 is sufficient to get you ITA.

Wow! Thanks for sharing. @Johnnybravo kindly raise that CSE asap. With the stress you went through for POF, I wouldn't want simple ECA to be an obstacle for you. Prevention is better than cure.

It's not unnecessary anxiety. Do not disagree when you've got no proof! My application was actually rejected because ECA certificate.

Hello house. Thanks for all the responses all the time. Really appreciate this forum. Please I will like to ask a question. I am the PA but as of now all I have is almost half of the required POF for a family of 4. I just want to know if it's not too late post ITA to get a gift deed from my mum or can my hubby transfer the balance to me then and hope his account statement will not be needed for documentation. I am pre-ITA but hoping for one soon but have no lump sum in my account, only Tbills for part of the POF.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 7 by ladymarshall: 1:12pm On Apr 30, 2019
They are amazing countries only when you have rights and entitlements as a PR or citizen. That is really when you enjoy the benefits of living there, when you can plan and invest with no fear of being pushed out. Except through marriage (which even takes about 3 years for Germany to confirm, if the immigration officer is not wicked enough to write secret letters/counseling advice, convincing your native partner on why he/she should avoid immigrants like you, yup, happened to someone I know. Dude was just crazy in love with her to show her the letters), it is tough to get PR or citizenship. Why spend 5 to 8 years trying to get PR when Canada will give you PR on entry for approximately the same amount of money?

Secondly, the language is a big challenge. The years it takes you to learn the new language up to the point of professional proficiency would have been wisely invested in developing your professional life and networking in an English speaking country, why waste so much time attending elementary classes and being treated as a fool because you cannot speak the native language. This is why when that dude wrote ielts once, got discouraged and got work in an "strong Western European" country and bragged of success, I smiled. I would rather attempt ielts as many times as possible in my language of strength to migrate than spend years learning a new language from scratch for survival reasons, the pyschological torture is tougher. But nothing spoil, he can boost his finances and move again, or humble himself and learn the language for the passport. Besides, in Germany, you need about B2/C1 level language proficiency for the passport.

In addition, societal acceptance is tied to culture in all these countries and is very negative for black Africans. The stigmatization is worse than the anglophone world. You can have their passport but you cannot truly say you are Swedish or Danish or even German. However, UK, Canada, US, (although the UK is getting bad now but is still better than non-Anglophone Europe), the anglophone world, acceptance and belonging is tied to labor and these societies are more multicultural, perhaps because of their colonial history, racial struggles and their own guilt esp as regards indigenous populations and colonial subjects. Belonging and acceptance may not be an issue for you as a first generation migrant since ties to your home country is strong, but it will be a very big challenge for your children. Identity, acceptance and belonging are big issues for second generation migrant kids.

Finally the labor market in the anglophone world is more accepting of professional coloreds and blacks than Germany, Scandinavia etc. Getting a professional job is so tough but not as hard as promotion. I lived in Denmark and now in Germany and chai!!! I know how many times I have been asked by people, who not dare to look at me in the face were it not for skin color, which (refugee) camp I came from before I got integrated in mainstream society. It's an automatic stereotype once you are black. I don't blame them tho, medditeranean sea is not far from them.

I can go on and on. But let me not distract us from the Canny goal. Anyways, I can't wait to rock my new country, I need my Cannycard, I've even got youtube videos learning their English accents, rehearsing different kind of job interviews in my head, etc that's how prepared I am to integrate grin grin grin.

I mean, these countries are better than naija by far. If you have no other choice and need to desperately get out of naija, these countries are great. But if you as a black professional African migrant qualify for Canada, it's a much better deal for integration than European countries at the same cost. Go for the best deal right now!!!

P.S The gentleman might have other personal reasons, but the above make life more difficult.

Please why do you want to leave Sweden for Canada? I used to think the Scandinavian countries(Sweden, Norway, Finland) were more pleasurable to live in when compared to Canada.

Do an affidavit to be safe.

Amica26:
Please ooo I need help. My former passport included by grandfather's name. I deleted the name and got a new passport carrying only my name and my father's name. it is the new passport that I used for IELTS and my ECA. The question is while filling a form post ITA they asked if I have used a different name before. What do I respond? Do I need some and same affidavit?

Please, I am begging you, please use CSE to upload the ECA certificate ASAP before your R10 completion is done. Someone on a WhatsApp group I am got rejection last week and the rejection mail stated that the ECA certificate (credential) is missing. Find attached.

johnnybravo1990:

I beg to disagree. I don’t think that could be the reason for the person’s rejection. Clarify if the person imputed their ECA number correctly. There is a column somewhere in the application where we are to put down our ECA report number. Or are you saying the ECA number we wrote does not count? Please don’t give people unnecessary anxiety. I uploaded only degree certificate, and I am not going to panic, because the instruction for uploading document for education clearly said ‘degrees/diplomas’, and not ’degrees/diplomas + ECA certificate’. The ECA number we put should take care of the ECA. However you can also upload ECA certificate if you wish.

Laws. Find the section, subsection of the law or policy or CBN directive etc that specifically bans bankers from revealing bank information to third parties. That's the only way to prove it beyond reasonable doubt.

E.g CBN consumer protection framework 2016, section 6 (2) specifically demands confidentiality and privacy for all financial customers. No information regarding customers' accounts can be divulged without the customer's consent. The bank will not give them that information. Even here, the tax man with all his power and flex, lol, must be armed with a court injunction before the bank will agree to release such personal financial information and even at that they will inform the customer first through mail.

Lol, I think I know why you asked. I like your risk appetite. Ensure the POF money is in your account at the time of e-APR and ensure you have the required POF at the POE when you land. Whatever you do in between with the money is at your risk. In the case of ADR for POF, you cannot tell if it will come to that, ensure you can access the money and put it back in your account when necessary.

Edmontonlad:
Please i have a question.

How does IRCC know the right amount I have in my account if not from the SOA I show them?
Because having worked in a bank, I know banks have customer confidentiality. They are never going to reveal if Mr. A has account with them let alone what's in Mr. A's account.

So how do they do it?

I need to prove to someone that's it's not obtainable unless the person is declared WANTED or due to an ACT OF FRAUD.

My question looks stupid but if you know, please clear us because I am sure some of us want to ask but don't know how to.

So sad. IRCC is not here to play. It's right there on the official site. ECA certificates should be uploaded if you are invited to apply for PR. Let's be careful guys.

@johnnybravo1990: Please upload your ECA certificate and raise that CSE immediately. Thank God for that poster who started this.

Yes you need to fill all. Also attach an LOE to explain the time overlaps in your activity, this is not necessary if you don't want to. I did that cos my PH is quite complicated as my restless self did and is still doing too many activities all at once. I once read a PPR story here where the person was asked to provide LOE for time overlaps in personal history.

chrisebsy:

Congrats to all ppr clinchers . MAY CANADA FAVOUR

Please , while filling the application form post -ITa. in personal history

what kind of information do one need to fill in personal activity since d past 10years or till one turned 18.

for example , I started work in 2013 and working in d same firm till date .

also , I did a part time course in 2015/2017. should I also include that in d personal history ?

was jobless for two years prior to getting my present job , I guess I will have fill unemployed in time frame.

before then was nysc ,though not claiming points for it ,I guess I will fill in that too.

my major concern is d part where I did partime course , as it also same time I am working . do I need to fill dat too? or i can just ignore .
