And when he succeeds in suppressing the individual brilliance in you, and after one season he finds another shiny player in the market, he buys the player and confines you to the bench or totally frozen out of the squad for no reason... You get frustrated and want a transfer forgetting that all your individual brilliance has been coached out in favor of working in the" Guardiola system" now the system doesn't want you anymore, and you've become useless outside of it, unknown to you.
You get to a new club and you can't find your brilliance anymore, you become useless to the new team too...
Guardiola fans will now come around to laugh in your face: "I told you so! " you should have stayed on the training pitch to learn proper lessons under Lord Pep when you had the chance!!!

Story. We have seen players like Gundogan, Zinchenko and Foden stay on the bench and grow in class and quality. No one is laughing at anyone's misfortune but wishing the players the best.

imagine Mahrez still needs to be "refined" at this stage of his career before he can play for Lord Guardiola. Lol.
You know what I think Mahrez's number 1 problem at city is?
HE IS FROM AFRICA.

If you think in that perspective, you miss the real picture. Is Mahrez performing at par with other City players when he is on the pitch? No. Not because of he is from Africa but performance.

Either way, Guardiola sees a big light in the young man and he will unlock it.

Guardiola refined every City player, even Kolarov who left was refined. So it is not about age, class or quality.

So you'll advice Samu to go from being one of the first names on the team sheet to not making match day squads just so that he can "soak" in knowledge ehn
Let me add that what fans of sexy football like yourself call "football knowledge " domiciled in your beloved coaches like Guardiola, Rogers, Tuchel and the likes is actually boring to some of us... Some of us actually find Guardiola's style too scientific, too dogmatic to be exciting.
Some of us find a match where one team has 70% of the ball boring, some of us hate it when one coach buys the whole planet and win all available trophies.
Heck some us find it boring when one team wins the league with 5games to spare.
No ,we are not enemies of success or whatever you'll call it, we just love football to be competitive, breathtaking, unpredictable.
My point is not every soccer player is built to play the "Guardiola way", if a player that isn't built for Guardiola (especially when he is African) decides to sign for a Guardiola team... My brother, that will amount to career suicide.we've lost Iheanacho on the alter of Guardiola's overly scientific football, Samu doesn't need his type of knowledge to have a successful career.

Ironically, Samuel Chukwueze is getting good knowledge from Villarreal and he is finding success in it. With Guardiola, he gets to gain even more of it and become a better player.

That is what a lot of people are missing. Pep is obsessed with pace but that is when the team without the ball. Sterling, De Bruyne, Bernardo Silva, to some extent, David Silva work extremely hard and fast when we do not have the ball to win it back. Especially when we lose the ball at the attacking end.

Sane, even though I hate to admit it does not tell t work hard enough when we lose the ball. Even though he is gracious and fast with the ball, Guardiola wants it both ways, which in turn makes the player better.

You are confusing pace with hardwork, Bernardo Silva and David Silva are hardworkers but you don't necessarily associate them with pace

Sane and Sterling are the ones blessed with pace in the team, Sterling has adjusted his play to link up with teammates while Sane hasn't, that's why Sterling is in the team and Sane isn't

Guy, I know you wrote all dz because u hate pep or maybe you’re an Epl fan boy dat av been deprived of titles bcuz of pep’s white and blue army. How could u say marez is nt playing because he’s Africa? Mahrez present form is not even up to sane who hardly get game time bcuz of his defensive weakness but still start ahead of sane against spurs (UCL 1st leg) . Stop d hatred bro and speak the truth

Manchester City were not going to pay Iheanacho £70,000 a week. Leicester City were able to meet the demands. So he left.

so its no longer game time, its nah money

hmmm tell me something new

why was a buy back clause inserted in his contract

Did Iheanacho demand 70k a week from Man city?

When Iheanacho signed for Stellar Group, it was clear his wage demands were going to go up. Stellar would not keep him with the kind of wage he earned at City. Wages played a big part in Nacho's move.

The buy back clause was because Manchester City saw his potential and expects Nacho to move on to great things in the near future. If he makes it and they want him, they can meet his value and wage.

You're just doing postulations

Iheanacho was 19 and not getting gametime that is a more plausible reason

They are not as fast as Sane, Sterling and Walker but they are still fast. Especially off the ball which is a big part of what Guardiola wants.

You think if Leicester City offered Iheanacho less money than City, he would have left for game time?

Actually, I disagree with the comparison between Chukwueze and Mahrez. The challenge Mahrez is facing is that he does not play with pace, which has been instrumental in the success of Sterling and Bernardo Silva. To a less extent, Leroy Sane.

Pace is what Chukwueze has and if Pep refines other parts of his game, we would have a monster.

To play in the Man city front line does not require the basic pace. But blistering super pace.

Mahrez is not slow and he adds superlative skill and technical ability but blistering pace not exactly.

Chukwueze is an exceptional player pace he has but super blistering pace is not an attribute l would say he has.

That's in comparison to Sane, Raheem, Gabriel in City line up.

Your postulations about money are hard to believe, who would leave Man city for Leicester if they were happy there

Yea Samu is an impulsive player, Guardiola trains his players to be cold and calculative like a machine

We have seen Bernardo Silva flourishing without working with blistering pace but Guardiola will certainly pick him over Gabriel Jesus who is relatively faster.

Game time was one of the reasons but Leicester City were offering good money which we would not have matched.

With pace but it must go two ways. When the team is with the ball and when the team is not with the ball. So when Guardiola prefers Bernardo over Sane or Gabriel, it is because of the sum total of how hard and fast Bernardo works on and off the ball.

samu ..city or Liverpool
I think city will be a better choice.
At Liverpool, his favorite position is manned by Salah and I don't see how Klopp will bench salah for Samu.
At city, working with a tactical astute manager like Pep will improve his performance and hasten his development.. he also has higher probability of winning silverware at city, also the cash is available ...Lolz. The only challenge he will face at City is Playing time. Even at that,if he really plays well,hr might still bench some first teamers there.
But IMO, I think he should stay in Spain for at least another 2/3 years since he is already familiar with their playing pattern. It may not necessarily be villareal.Moving to another league might hamper his development.

He had no game time the only option was to move, stop making it seem like Iheanacho was demanding money from city
