I didn't doubt OGG's claims on access to insider info. January last year when no one had any reason to believe that SKYE BANK would join that rally owing to its obvious state of atrophy, the guy confidently announced that it would rally along like other 2 tier banks, and credited his position to insider info, and lo and behold SKYE BANK delivered the highest percentage appreciation in that rally.
