In 2015, turnout ratio (Voters / PVCs) in the 3 regions of the south were:

61% - SS
45% - SW
39% - SE

In 2019, turnout ratio in the same 3 regions of the south all took a plunge:

29% - SS
29% - SW
24% - SE

The above shows that the 2019 election was rigged & the numbers will never add-up if an audit is requested.

So far, Inec has not been able to provide the required election materials to the PDP, 55 days after they were ordered to do so.
