Where would you advice i go to get classes (im in abuja), and will it be possible for me to be ready to write the test 6 months after i start classes?

I have not registered for the exams yet. I decided to take my time with it as I am not at the level required for the scores I need. I started learning french like from scratch 2018 April.

I have also downloaded and used those materials but the highest I have scored is B1 level especially in CO and CE.

I will make a decision once my teachers at Alliance think I am good to go.

Someone posted a FB group her sometimes back. The group is quite helpful too. check through the pages to see if you find it. Loads of new information are shared there as people take the tests.

I have already paid for the exam in June, I'm quite fluent in french.
I've read through this thread before and got some tips.
I downloaded a couple of books and i think 2 of them are very essential (TEF 250 Activites & TEF Objectif Reussite)
There's also a youtube channel with tips for preparing for TEF (MIMI TEF), I've watched some of the videos there, they're quite good.
i noticed for the TEF the materials for preparation are very limited unlike IELTS.

Any other person preparing for the exam, let's share strategy and ideas.

Ontario nominated me last week (FSSW), I got ITA on Wed and submitted yesterday. Hopefully, I didn't miss anything important.
And so, the long wait's begun.

This is one of the "passive" ones...they have to invite you (send a Notification of Interest) before you complete the online application.

TEF is different from DELF and isn't accepted in place of TEF. TCF is the other option for TEF.
Although DELF is accepted in Quebec (Read the requirements for CSQ on Quebec site for more on this)
If you have a good TEF result that corresponds to a brilliant IELTS result, you may not need to write both. Most people are writing both for the added points.

TEF can be written at Lagos 160k or Ibadan 120k or Port Harcourt or Abuja

There is a French language center in my town that I used to attend sometime ago.I don't mind starting all over. However, please, any idea how long it would take to get properly prepared for TEF? I'd appreciate suggestions and pointers. Thank you

In other news, only Feb TEF result is out...March TEF, not yet...they said 40 working days....it's been 30 days if I remove Easter Monday and Good Friday....maybe by May 24 is my guess.

Your result is most likely ready, just tweet at them, using this handle @FrAffaires asking for an update. That's what I did to get my result when they wasted my time.
