please steer clear from Baze1 logistics. they will misplace your goods and give you no explanation. my supplier dropped 70kg goods at their office in CHINA and after a month I only got 4.7kg. Since then no word on that particular shipment. chinedu is probably the busiest man in the world, he won't read or reply messages even when items worth 12000RMB is missing. how can 66kg disappear into thin air with no trace?
customer service is zero and integrity is poor. still hoping they do something about the lost items.
but till then please don't use them.
I wont mind if I get another trusted shipper. this headache is much

Worst customer service ever. I have never experienced any like this before, both on their chat platform and whatsapp, when you ask question after their so called "commitment fee" everything goes numb as long as the conversation is not in their favor. Go and hire good CSR ,change your image

Is the issue about none or high expectations?

This turns out to be highly suspicious because GreenAirCargo will ask you to make payment to an individual bank account named "Victor Ijoho Saaondo" which the other guy above referenced in the thread that he got scammed.

Again, his phone number 08032941127 appeared in the WHOIS of his website http://greenairbuy.com.ng which is also the same phone number this guy referenced in his scam alert thread.

My advice is that please use the services of GreenAirCargo at your own risk.

I believing an organisation that scams will be one with no physical presence.. and allot of nairalanders have been using our services, and so far the only complains are delays which are experienced occasionally.

They just cleared my goods, so you saying they scam people is wrong if you have not done business with them. The only issue was delay and I feel that has been the issue with most agent but ur goods will get to u.
