This one is far more than any other investment plan you can think of whether T bill or gov.bonds. No withholding charges, No penalty for withdrawal before maturity date, you get both your capital and the accrued interest, intact, no story, & wait did i forget to tell you that the interest is a compounding interest. You need to be at the bank for the first time of subscription to stanbic mmf, for ease of tracing the payment to be made & signing necessary KYC documents. Just allocate some time to visit the bank again to avoid stories when you need to redeem your money. casted81: 2 Likes |

Re: Mutual Funds by RealityShot: 5:00am On May 01, 2019 |
seun289:just do Money market fund. It's the one you see most people here talk about. It is the only one back 100% by treasury bills. (meaning it's almost same as doing treasury bills) Onboard1:Go to Stanbic website for details on each.. But that is a waste of time.. Do as I said above and sleep with your eyes closed. 1 Like |

Re: Mutual Funds by 234ng44uk(m): 6:15am On May 03, 2019 |
austine4real: You subscribed on 02/04/19 and fund reflect same day. Only axamansard can do that. Others would take at least 48hours. Regarding interest, you don't get interest paid the same day you fund an account. |

234ng44uk: We are in the month of may 02/04/19 is one month not same day |
Re: Mutual Funds by 234ng44uk(m): 8:21am On May 03, 2019 |
AbbyE:Oh! Sorry, one month delay in fund activation is really unheard of. I thought you made a mistake with the date and implied 02/05/19. You need to speak with their customer care asap. That is so unusual. 2 Likes |

michaelogunleye:Definitely yes! I've practically never been to a physical stanbic bank. I've had no issues whatsoever with the online account. However, there seem to be some restriction on the online account ( there is a limit of 250 thousand subscription). Here's the link https://instantaccount.stanbicibtc.com:9663/?ref=3093A632BEB3BC Thus, u can open the online account and proceed to the bank for KYC to lift the restriction if u wish to invest more than the stated amount. I hope I've done justice to your question. |
Re: Mutual Funds by Psychodavidovic(m): 9:46am On May 03, 2019 |
DAVIDOLAWALE: Yes. Your account currently has a limit of 200k until you visit the nearest branch amd complete the KYC form with a valid ID, passport photograph and light bill (Nepa, PHCN etc) |
