Having fulfilled all necessary requirements (mandate form. e-dividend etc...) way before the announcement of dividend payment by a company, a registrar has still not paid my dividends and had not responded to my e-mails nor picked my calls. Can you please advise on how best to proceed with this situation.

This is a stock prominent Nigerians are chasing to get right now.

In other countries power is the key.Transcorp will list the power arm to the exchange soon but before then,lets ride our own shares to #5.

When MTN finally come on board I will careful monitor their share price for 6months and if I'm convinced by year end i will liquidate ALL my investments in the MONEY MARKET and move into it.

That result was suppose to push the price down even below 80 Kobo.When I got the info the power acquisition has been finalised,do you know I sold some portion of zenith to buy more Transcorp?

As I talk to you now my broker is pressing me to sell some units to them but who will listen?

I will consider selling bit by bit from #2.

Hate to say this but I agree with Peterichy.

As soon as Transcorp acquired the Abuja Hilton, the share price spiked.
Next thing we knew, Tony and co listed Transcorp Hotels.
Today, it trades at more than 5x parent's value.

Make what you can from the spike then withdraw.
Medium to long term and based on Tony's antecedents, I expect Transcorp Power to go PLC.
It is finally of the right size.

Again, Holdco shareholders will be shafted!

Not entirely true. Transcorp hotel had to be listed because the federal Government has shares in the hotel. I am not too sure now but i think transcorp only bought 76% or there about, of transcorp hotel.
