EVILFOREST: If by "they" you mean the government, I'll say many. perharps hundreds(e.g. see the Libya repatriation Saga over the last year)— it'll be hard to argue that a lot of these (Libya) victims aren't southerners . The Saudis too should be commended for being reasonable and finally yielding. You'll be surprised, if you don't know, that most drug related suspects are killed in South asian countries like Indonesia/ the philipines NOT because of lack intervention by their home country governments BUT because of the unyieldingness of the captor Countries.
