The new Gotti with John Travolta Sire

See the old Gotti and u would understand why the new Gotti is trash. John Travolta and the script writers did an excruciatingly painful underwhelming job. It was hard to watch i gotta say

I struggled to watch it for days because it didn't have all the twists and turns that characterises regular movies, but along the way, I realised it's because it imitates real life so much. Real life is a lot less exciting and complicated than what is portrayed in movies and those god-awful Zeeworld and telemundo _shit.

The movie is definitely one of the best rom-coms I've ever seen.
lol....Telemundo is even trying at least, some of the stories have content but zee world is the absolute worst.
Hey if Rom/Com its your thing, feast on these.
Playing it cool
The best of me
Going the Distance
Sleeping with other people

Bright - 7/10

Cops, Guns, Orcs, Elves, and a Magic Wand.
A good mix for Rotten cops, gangsters, Assassin Elves, and discriminated Orcs.

Will Smith, rolling back the years.
I think this movie was prepping him for the next Bad Boys installment.

Bonus,
Sound tracks
Marshmello feat Migos - Danger.
Ty Dollar Sign, Future, feat Kiiara - Darkside.

The movies u mentioned are classics i agree but aren’t in thesame league with Gotti because they are enitrely fiction.

Every scene u see in the old Gotti including the conversations were based on real life experiences.

Good fellas and casino aren't fiction. Good fellas is based on the life of Henry Hill a turncoat while casino is based on a couple of real life mobsters.

Does this change your opinion ?

Wrong. It was an almost even match up but KoiceReloaded had the upper hand. For one, jeromeblack questioning the validity of statistics and then still using is quite absurd. Not to talk of the fallacies both of them littered everywhere with Jerome coming in with more fallacies in this one

You are very free to cast your baseless opinions but please do no accuse me of throwing fallacies up and down, especially without any proof.

Furthermore, it seems that you have comprehension problems. If I criticise outdated statistics does that mean that I should not use current applicable ones? Does that mean i shouldn't use statistics again?

Naaa. I admire the fact that u know ur stuff, but alot of events in the two movies were severely dramatized for screen purposes. The fact that Henry Hill was a turn coat was just about the only thing accurate in Good fellas.
This is in stark contrast with the movie Gotti were every scene checks out in real life. U can trace every scene in Gotti to the pages of old newspapers that were published at the time.

The guy was right. Some of the things I said can be considered fallacies for the mere fact I didn't back them up with proofs. I could have done that but was either too lazy or distracted. But my God! The _shit you spouted made me look good in comparison.

- First, you shouldn't have dismissed my perfectly reasonable stats if you're only gonna use stats yourself. Throwing irrelevant stats without a link from a respectable source to back them up is fallacious.

- 2nd: Your refusal to accept that a secular and progressive government can also be a religious one more or less.

What you failed to grasped is the term "Religion" has more than one meaning or connotation. There is the socio-political meaning: christians as opposed to Muslim or Jew or Buddhist or Hindu or whatever, a use of term that often has absolutely nothing to do with actual religious practices or beliefs. For instance, Western nations are Christian as opposed to Muslim/Islamic etc. It does not mean everyone in western nations actually practice Christianity.

Then, there is the pseudo-religious meaning that entails a person affiliation to some branches of christianity or Islam through heritage or marriage. Such a person only identifies as a christian/muslim in title/identity alone, and don't follow the teachings of said religion.

Then finally the true meaning: those who follow and try to live by Islamic/Christian scriptural guildllines.

Another thing you blatantly overlooked is that the culture of the UK and the Scandinavia are based on Christian philosophies and ideas. Ditto their constitutional laws. The majority may not be christians in practice, but they are christians culturally. They celebrate all the christian holidays.

That is what happens when you rely on others to inform you about movies.

I liked Bright as a movie. Its good but very derivative. I went in expecting an above average netflix movie and I got what I asked for. wink
Re: What Movie Are You Watching Now? by Nobody: 8:00am On May 04, 2019
I watched it on my own volition but my expectations was high judging by the cast on display (Smith especially) and to say I was disappointed is an understatement.

Out of point.

I am not interested in arguing the obvious- Religion is inversely tied to national progress; mankind should do away with religion and if not possible, we should severely limit it

What kind of person are you sef?

Take for instance Tron (2010)- I didnt really like the movie like that but the soundtrack was amazing. Daft Punk energised the movie with their music.
