They don't. I applied for Business Administration with Informatics of which I scored 73 in TOEFL while their cut off mark is 79, they still reject my application claiming is not enough. I even send them English letter of proficiency still reject it.

So today is my birthday, no champagne or announcement whatever, just on a low key.
My winter partners ma una show me love and wish me luck this next week for my AL, that's my headache now, I believe visa booking will follow suit this next week.

I am amazed at the new level, only AL remaining to complete and then Visum to consumate it all, but that is 'akam' case seeing all He has done just this year alone. Watch out for my full testimony to understand better

PS: your search criteria will extremely limit the options you'll get.
Most bachelor applications go via uni-assist and quite a large number of schools require ielts/toefl, especially in sciences and engineering.

You have to free one of those criteria : especially uni-assist. Find the money and pay for it.

On the other hand, try out Duisburg - Essen ISE programs. They are taught majorly in English but some parts in German. Admission is unrestricted.

better still, find someone in Germany and send all documents to him or her , the person will help you distribute. thats how i did mine. mailing within Germany is as cheap as 1.5 Euro

I think d message is genuine since is from a school website but the embassies might kick it off after August or so. Definitely next summer applicants should be working with that Target, 9924 euros
