i took pictures with my rn7 today and i discovered it results where white..i used note5 and my note5 pictures are better than it ..i don't knw if it's sun entering it or what but the front camera is great..
then i tried installing gcam ..i installed and rebooted but once i click portrait mode and snap it would stop ..shows camera has stopped
is there any thing like fake rn7 .or whats probably the issue
i didn't toggle my note5 settings in order to get a good picture
ba3 is working fine and every other thing... got it on jumia tru ifedith

I use the note 7 pro my device is on 10.2.8... We can't change regions on Chinese version, how do I update it? Word on the net is that there's a 10.3.something that allows fortnite to work on it

Try a soft reset, if it doesn't resolve it.. update the device to the latest software.

This picture shows the list of xiaomi device using Corning gorilla glass 5, and the redmi 7 isn't among. Does that mean the redmi 7 isn't using Gorilla glass 5? What do you think?

You mean the pics taken were overexposed. Have you updated your phone? If the overexposure continues, tap on the subject you want to snap or tap on the background before snapping. As for the gcam crashes, download another gcam apk that's more stable than the current one you have. Where did you download the gcam from?

Modified : I understand why you asked now, its stated in the specs to come with gorilla glass 5. Don't be bothered about that chart, it always happen this way for some devices not to be listed there. But whether or not it comes with gorilla glass, always protect your screen because glass na glass.

Ok, try and update the phone, if after the update the gcam keeps crashing, you can uninstall and reinstall. There have been cases where simply turning off camera sound in settings helped Gcam from crashing, you may try that first
