How many assists and chances did he create at the world cup?
As the AMF or what?

You do know technical ability has more to do with dribbling and movements than making chances.

Maybe I would have believed this if he was called up for the last few games, but just like Idowu, his replacement might have been found

A big shout out today goes to Wilfred Ndidi who delivered his best performance I have ever seen. He was a mountain in thar midfield and a torn in the flesh of the City team.

What impressed me the most was the few times he gave long passes which were pinpoint. The young man looked like Mikel in the midfield when he is on top of his game. Another big improvement was his confidence under pressure. He pulled some beautiful Mikel trademark spins controlled the ball with the right technique and skinned some City players in tight situations.

Also his passing choices were far above average. He made the right choices most times. Definitely a player on the rise and I believe he has been doing a lot of studying and training to add more dimensions to his game. A big props goes to Rodgers for that.

Iheanacho should not let the miss get him down. Miscuing the ball is part of the game. Aubameyang missed a great chance yesterday but that did not mean he is not a good player. It happened so fast with no time to pick the right angle. It would have been cruel for the Manchester City golden boy to dash our title hopes.

He looked sharp and well conditioned, although Nacho should watch using weight and focus more on exercises and dieting to boost his fitness.

He should let it not weigh him down because more games are ahead.

In Ndidi today, I saw Mikel of the triumphant Chelsea side of 2012. I read he consults odogwu on guidelines prior matches of dis magnitude.

Haba, he just missed a chance. It happens now? Even Suarez chops goals. One chance and all these? Judge him after a run of games. As I said before, if all our strikers were in Leicester City, they would be on the bench. Even Osimhen. If you disagree, ask Musa.

Kanu missed even worse. Same to Tevez. It was not a clear cut chance, no time to control the ball or pick the chance. It took an instinctive play to finish it. It was too fast and he miscued. Not worth the slaughter and crucifixion he is getting. He just had few minutes.

The young man needs to keep learning and pulling his shifts in training. He will get more chances and he will take it.

He is surplus to the plans of any good, aspiring team.

He is bound for the championship or league one

This isn't just one miss goodjoe.

He has had a string of below average performances, and this was his chance to prove he still offers something. This wasn't just a random EPL game, this was a title decider. That goal could have made a mountain of a difference, it could have been historical. A goal that would help Liverpool finally clinch this evasive trophy after up to 20 years of drought

Millions were watching this game, watching him, and in a match his compatriot shone like a million stars, Iheanacho had the guts and the temerity to disgrace his entire village, the whole Nigeria, the entire region of West Africa, by missing a vital goal.

Goodjoe, biko, let us not trivialize this thing. We need to consult the gods of the land, let us know how to cure this boy of whatever otumokpo they have used on him.

Kelechi does not have the CV that Aubameyang has, he will not get the kind of leeway Aubameyang will get for missing. Let us not compare them, e never reach

dayumn Rodgers i Like the new deep playing role by Ndidi..looking like the passing Mikel , controlling that middle... it is still early, but I though i was watching 2012 Mikel

Just picked this from a forum and same thing I thought. Rodgers has turned Ndidi to Mikel and I see Ndidi picking up from here.

He was an absolute monster today. As a huge Mikel fan, I was excited watching Mikel reborn in Ndidi today. I am sure Guardiola liked what he saw in the young man.
