I didn't know the frame is now different from the casement itself. Many years ago I was told it is for sliding windows alone that you do frame before the window. Thanks for the information though.

Window counis and welder for burglary proof just left my site and both asked for windows to be completed before they can work so I will be pushing my window plan forward in front of everything including plastering just as you have advised.
