That doesn't necessarily mean outstanding quality particularly in a club like Bournemouth.

I haven't watched him play once or asked any of the coaches at Bournemouth about him. So it's not a conclusion just a general statement.

He is the best youth player there.

If Rodgers wants to ship off Nacho, it is not the end of the World. Wolfsburg benching and shipping off Osimhen turned around to be a blessing for him. So that one is not a problem.

Manchester United shipping off Forlan led him to a lowly Villarreal where he became the best striker in the World.

Juventus shipping off Thierry Henry was a blessing when he landed Arsenal and became one of the best players in the history of the game.

This one is blinded by sentiments.

Please don't compare osimhen to nacho......abeggggggg

Osimhen's situation was due to coach preference. Nacho use him hand take sign his documents for transport.

What has he been doing before Rodgers came, on holidays? On injuries?

Why did Ndidi not need those runs to get going under Rodgers, why did Choudbury an academy graduate impress on his first two matches under Rodgers

Make una dey defend with sense abeg

Please after you tango with him for two comments, stop. Its not worth it.

He will argue even if iheanacho looses a penalty with no keeper in the post.

He argues blindly many times

Ah! Okay. Is he a footballer?

Yes, His name is Ikenna Malcolm Ezeala, a former Austrian under 16. He plays in Germany. His dad is an influencial agent. He plays as a left winger.

His dad's name is Emeka Ezeala, former Julius Berger.. Also played abroad. He had 2 caps for Nigeria.

Nacho might have miss a glorious chance but he won't be the first and last to do so. Being an Arsenal and Barca fan,you suppose know wetin I dey pass through watching Auba and Suarez missing chances upon chances. Most of those criticizing Nacho are just pained Liverpool fans. Make una cut the guy some slacks abeg ,he is not the one who told Liverpool to fluff 9-points gap.

I'm a Liverpool fan and I'm not pained.

We have ourselves to blame for blowing a 10 point lead. Nacho isn't to blame.

Most people here are pained that someone is earning a living doing nothing in Leicester.

Can you justify paying someone millions of naira per week without seeing a goal or assist for over 6 months?

This guy has proven time and again that he is responsible for his downfall. His laissez faire attitude to his work (to kick football and train hard) is showing on the pitch.

Liverpool got noting to do with it bro. Should Rohr include this guy in any list whatever, then I'd know for a certain something fishy is going on

The keeper was coming. Looking will give Elderson chance to reduce Nacho's shooting angles.

hmmm really sad to see how low iheanacho has sunk. no excuses he should have done better with yesterday's chance. i think moving to another country might do him some good. to be fair to kelechi the talent is still there but his confidence is gone. however i will not knock the young man there's still time to change his current trajectory but he really needs to be determined to rediscover his form. personally i hope rohr doesn't for some inexplicable reason take him to the AFCON the national team is not a rehabilitation centre. he should only be selected on merit and at the moment he isn't deserving of a place in the super eagles.

as for ndidi dude is fire could easily play for any of the top 6 teams even if as a squad player. nobody can tell me that wanyama, dier, torreira, xhaka, henderson,, matic (as of current form) et al who all play for top 6 teams are better than wilfred. beginning to see rodgers bringing out the best in him

Ezeala and Berti Vogts were buddies. I still remember when they both wasted their time going for Toto Tamuz only to find out he wasn't eligible to play for us.

Berti Vogts was Germany's coach for 8 years. He won the European Championship in 1996.

He is definitely not an unknown coach.

read then on how German journalists mock Nigeria for going after an unknown coach...not recognized in his own country.

I remember he brought his assistant too.... to work with him

Berti Vogts is our most established coach on paper. He won the world cup as an assistant coach and the European Championship as coach.

Apparently, he helped them secure the camp site and influenced the invitation of his boy.

His boy plays for the youth team of a side in the 4th tier of Germany. Way down there.. He is not playing at a good enough level to be getting invited for Nigeria but this is 9ja.

Keshi never gave Sone enough playing time during his reign as the super eagles upon the latter was in the form of his life then from Glasgow rangers to hull city. Keshi prefers to field Uzoenyi instead of Aluko who was miles better then

I still don't understand why NFF picked him over Van gaal. Dude flopped with Scotland and had a defensive style of play.
What a waste of $50k a month.

What else would they have achieved if they were called, even with the benefit of hindsight?
Won the world cup?
The gnashing of teeth with false regrets is bewildering.
