In all honesty it must have an answer but I may be missing something especially cause I'm rusty and I'm not doing this with pen and paper. That being said make sure you don't bring a speculative answer.

This your approach to solving mathematics is quite funny. It always start from the head though, but if you don't go further in putting pen to paper, you won't see some hidden truth

Following to see how this gets solved.

Let the radius be x

(3+x)²-(3-x)² = h²

h²=12x
Also

(5-x)² - (1-x)² = h²

Combining both equations

25 - 10x + x² - 1 + 2x - x² = 12x

20x = 24

x = r = 24/20 = 6/5

Area of the blue region = π5²/2 - π3²/2 - π2²/2 - 2π(6/5)²

π (25/2 - 9/2 - 2 - 72/25)

3.12π = 9.8 units²

Femi4 egbon I change my mind. Like I said it would involve heavy speculation since S1 and s2 have shady information. Determining the radii of S1 in your chart is something I disagree with big time.

But femi4 there's hefty speculation with this. We can't actually say it's an accurate answer

It's glaring. CF isn't the centre half of the semi circle. Drawing a line to the middle of S1 is assumed. Nah its subjective and speculative. I rather protest a. Different formula for working this out
